Game for your kids when low on cash.

Hi, I have always loved playing with my kids we play games, paint, color, and So on. But in the last three months or so we have started to struggle paying our bills and we have no extra money to take the kids out. Also we live in Phoenix AZ and boy is it hot here in the day. I'm talking 115 daytime and 100 or 95 at night. So playing outside is a no its just to hot and not fun at all.
So I have some fun things to help keep the kids happy and it cost little to nothing. OK one of my kids favorites is a game of hide and seek. But this is not the same old hide and seek we all know and love. This game is played at night and can be played in the back yard or in my case inside. What you do is turn off all the lights now for me I have 3 kids my son is 12 my daughters are 11 and 6 so when its my 6 year olds turn to count and find I help out some so she don't get scared. So with all the light out the one who counts stays in on place and counts to 20 or so. then just like in the game we know you try to find your brothers or sisters in the dark. Its so much fun and the kids have a blast.
Next is a match game more for the younger ones but the older kids can help and play if they want to. take paper we recycle used paper and draw on the backs. And this is fun because the kids get to make the cards so say they draw a heart make sure theres a match to it and have them take there time and really get into the making for your deck. It can be used again and again or you can make new ones every time. This game is not only fun but helps the mind grow.
